The short version
You send us a wall photo, a TV model number, and your address. We use those to dispatch a crew. We don't sell, rent, or share your contact details for marketing. Anything we keep, we keep because we'd need it again if you book a second mount or claim under warranty.

What we collect
Just what's required to run the booking:
- Contact details: the name, email, and phone number you give us through the form, by reply, or in subsequent messages.
- Job details: wall type, TV model and size, photos, room context, timing preferences.
- Service address: shared once we book the slot. Used only to dispatch.
- Payment data: handled by our third-party payment provider at completion. We don't store card numbers on our systems.
- Site analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage data — see the Cookies Policy for the details.
How we use it
- Reply to your booking request with a quote.
- Schedule, confirm, and text-on-arrival for the dispatch.
- Follow up after the install (one thank-you message, sometimes a feedback request).
- Honour the 12-month workmanship warranty if you call us back.
- Keep accounting records as legally required.
We don't use your details for cold outreach. We don't pass them to marketers. You won't be auto-subscribed to anything.
Who sees it
Sharing is operational, not commercial. Your information goes to:
- The crew lead dispatched to your job — name, contact, address, brief.
- Our payment processor at the moment of card payment.
- Our scheduling and CRM software — so we can pull your file up if you book again.
- Legal authorities only if compelled by court order or comparable process.
How long we hold it
Contact and job records are retained while you remain a customer plus a reasonable period afterward — typically two to four years — to honour warranty claims, re-quote follow-on work, and satisfy tax and accounting law. Install photos on crew devices are deleted after completion; any retained for portfolio use are reviewed annually.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong or outdated.
- Delete your record entirely, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent to future communication.

Security
Standard precautions — encrypted communication with our scheduling provider, password-managed devices, restricted access to customer records. We're a small operation with a small attack surface; the data footprint we hold is correspondingly small.
Children
Our services are arranged by adults for installations in their own homes or businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information through our forms, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially — new category of data, new processor — we flag it at the top of this page for 30 days. The "Updated" date reflects the current revision.
